Lip
Increase Aim
Makes the upper lip full if it is thin. In older
patients it can be done a few months before dermabrasion
of the upper lip and can be very rejuvenating.
How A strip of skin is taken away from above the
lip so that the lips upper border is raised and
rolled upwards and outwards.
Bruising / Swelling
Usually slight/moderate. Scarring
A scar line runs along the top of the lip. It
is normally disguised with lipstick.
Recovery
A few days. Final
Result Visible
When the scar fades at six months or so and is
permanent.
Lip Reduction

Reduces the fullness of the lips.

the mouth.
Swelling
Moderate. Scarring
Inside the mouth, not usually a problem.

2 weeks.
